After several no shows regarding pick up. We do send several gentle reminders. You (customer) have the option to pay for shipping to have your items shipped to you. We cannot responsibly hold items for an extended period of time. After several attempts and failure to pick up we (ufab) reserve the right to refund for purchase minus a 25% restock fee.
